About the Role An expert-level operations leader responsible for managing complex, large-scale Cisco-based network environments, with a primary focus on LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, and SD-WAN. The role ensures service excellence by driving continuous process improvements, resolving high-impact technical issues, and empowering teams through effective leadership to deliver strategic network solutions that support growth and reliability. What You'll Do
- Lead incident and problem resolution for complex network issues using Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, and SDWAN technologies, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to SLAs.
- Oversee network operations by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance with Cisco Prime, DNA Center, and SDWAN management platforms, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Architect and implement advanced network changes and upgrades using Cisco IOS, Catalyst, and Meraki solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational and client requirements.
- Mentor and guide the support team in troubleshooting, escalation management, and adoption of best practices for Cisco networking technologies and SDWAN.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into actionable network operations strategies using Cisco and SDWAN toolsets. What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience in network operations management for complex, large-scale Cisco-based environments (LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, SD-WAN).
- Proficiency with Cisco Prime, DNA Center, and SDWAN management platforms; track record of driving continuous improvement.
- Experience architecting and implementing changes using Cisco IOS, Catalyst, and Meraki solutions.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, escalation management, and collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable network operations strategies.
