About this role
A full-time Network Infrastructure Manager is sought in Ogun State to lead and oversee the organization’s IT network and infrastructure. The role focuses on ensuring reliable and secure enterprise networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT operations to support business needs and high availability of critical services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT Helpdesk and provide technical support to users.
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure, servers, routers, switches, access points, and related systems.
- Administer Active Directory, email systems, remote access, file storage, and telephony services.
- Ensure regular data backups, system patching, antivirus protection, and network security.
- Oversee network recovery, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery processes.
- Manage software licensing, IT vendors, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high system availability.
- Provide user training and maintain IT documentation.
- Prepare periodic reports for the Head of Information Technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL V4 Foundation, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in network and infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT operations.
