QualityAI - Network Infrastructure Engineer (Be'er Ya'akov)
Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and optimize industrial network infrastructure to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.

- Support network architecture, communication infrastructure, and technical integration activities.

- Troubleshoot complex network issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize network performance.

- Configure and administer Network Access Control (NAC) platforms, network switches, security settings, and firmware updates.
-
- Manage network monitoring tools and implement network security standards and operational procedures.
-
- Provide network engineering support throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and deployment to testing and customer handover.

- Deliver Tier 2 technical support for network-related incidents and connectivity issues.
-
- Manage network access point activation, configuration, and disconnection across industrial facilities.

- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with operational systems.
Requirements

Professional certification or formal qualification in Networking, Engineering, Software, or a related technical field.

Hands-on experience in network infrastructure engineering, administration, or technical support.

Strong knowledge of networking technologies, communication protocols, and enterprise network environments.

Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical teams.

High proficiency in both Hebrew and English.

Preferred: Experience in software development, scripting, network automation, and network monitoring platforms.

Preferred: Hands-on experience with Network Access Control (NAC), Intelligent Management Center (IMC), or similar network management systems.

Preferred: Experience supporting complex industrial or enterprise networks.
