About the Role A Senior Network Engineer at Zebra will design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure network infrastructure powering our global operations. This role emphasizes automation, cloud networking, and modern security to drive performance and growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient network solutions across our global enterprise, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud environment.
• Champion network automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability.
• Enhance our network security posture by implementing modern security principles, including Zero Trust concepts and next-generation firewalls.
• Proactively monitor network health and performance, using advanced analytics to conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Act as a technical lead on critical network projects and serve as a top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents. Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams.
• Manage the lifecycle of our network hardware and software, including patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes, ensuring our infrastructure remains current and secure.

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level network engineering experience designing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and cloud networking.
• Hands-on expertise with network automation, scripting, and orchestration to streamline operations.
• Strong security background with Zero Trust concepts and next-generation firewalls.
• Proven ability to monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot complex network issues with capacity planning experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience lifecycle management: patches, upgrades, technology refreshes.

Nice to Have

• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Certifications such as CCNP/ CCDP/ CISSP may be beneficial.
