You will move beyond traditional network maintenance, driving automation, enhancing our cloud network infrastructure, and implementing next-generation security protocols. What You'll Do

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient network solutions across our global enterprise, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and cloud environment.
• Champion network automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual effort, and improve reliability.
• Enhance our network security posture by implementing modern security principles, including Zero Trust concepts and next-generation firewalls.
• Proactively monitor network health and performance, using advanced analytics to conduct capacity planning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Act as a technical lead on critical network projects and serve as a top-tier escalation point for complex network incidents. Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams.
• Manage the lifecycle of our network hardware and software, including patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes, ensuring our infrastructure remains current and secure.

What We're Looking For

• Proactive, collaborative engineer with experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable and secure networks (LAN/WAN/WLAN) and cloud environments.
• Strong experience with network automation and cloud networking.
• Knowledge of modern security principles, including Zero Trust concepts and next-generation firewalls.
• Ability to monitor network health, perform capacity planning, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure reliable service delivery.
• Experience leading critical network projects and acting as a top-tier escalation point; mentoring junior team members and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams.
• Experience managing the lifecycle of network hardware and software, including patches, upgrades, and technology refreshes.
