Network Engineer
Company Overview
A growing organization based in Los Angeles, California is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to support and enhance its enterprise technology environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on modern infrastructure initiatives within a collaborative and fast-paced organization.
Role Summary
The Network Engineer will help design, maintain, and improve network infrastructure across multiple locations and technology environments. This role combines architecture, engineering, automation, troubleshooting, and operational support, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.

Support routing, switching, wireless, connectivity, and network security technologies.

Support network expansion, upgrades, and infrastructure projects.

Develop automation to improve network provisioning and operations.

Support cloud and hybrid networking environments.

Troubleshoot complex connectivity, availability, and performance issues.

Maintain technical documentation, monitoring, and operational standards.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and other technology teams.

Required Qualifications
-
8+ years of experience in network engineering or enterprise infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, network security, and enterprise connectivity.

Experience designing and supporting complex, multi-site network environments.

Experience with cloud networking and hybrid infrastructure.
-
Familiarity with network automation (ansible) and infrastructure-as-code practices.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves)

Advanced networking certification.

Experience with modern enterprise networking and security platforms.

Knowledge of network automation, scripting, and configuration management.

Experience supporting large-scale or high-availability environments.

Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives.
