About this role

About the Role The Network Administrator will manage Cisco and Palo Alto devices globally to ensure performance, availability, and secure access. This role involves proactive monitoring, regular software updates, and collaborative improvements to the network infrastructure. What You'll Do

  • Perform network administration of Cisco and Palo Alto devices deployed worldwide.
  • Monitor network performance and high availability; respond to incidents and ensure ticket SLAs.
  • Regularly install and update device software with latest stable releases.
  • Manage access controls and document every change.
  • Conduct ongoing research on new technologies to enhance the network.
  • Collaborate with the team to propose enhancements to the network.
  • Ensure daily automatic backups of all network devices.
  • Maintain comprehensive network documentation including audit trails, processes, diagrams, and maintenance records. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience.
  • Strong computer networking knowledge; ability to work across different remote locations in a 24x7x365 environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto network devices; Layer-2 and Layer-3 high availability technologies.
  • Knowledge of latest network technologies.
  • CCNA/CCNP trainings. Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Python & Ansible would be a plus. Compensation & Benefits
