- United States: $90,000-$130,000 annually
- Canada: CAD $120,000-$150,000 annually
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Consultant to support client implementations, optimization initiatives, and ongoing NetSuite transformation projects.
This is a fully remote opportunity for a consultant who brings strong hands-on NetSuite experience, a background supporting ERP implementations, and the ability to work directly with clients to translate business requirements into effective NetSuite solutions.
You'll work closely with project managers, solution architects, technical consultants, developers, and client stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and support NetSuite implementations, enhancements, and optimization initiatives.
- Work directly with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and system requirements.
- Conduct discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design workshops.
- Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite configurations and solutions.
- Configure NetSuite functionality based on client requirements and industry best practices.
- Support projects throughout the full lifecycle, including discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Develop functional requirements, solution designs, process documentation, and configuration documentation.
- Lead or participate in UAT, including test planning, test scripts, issue identification, and resolution.
- Troubleshoot functional and system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with technical consultants and developers on customizations, integrations, workflows, and automation.
- Support data migration activities, including data mapping, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation.
- Assist with third-party integrations and understand how external systems interact with NetSuite.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, eliminate manual work, and maximize the client's NetSuite investment.
- Provide NetSuite best-practice recommendations throughout client engagements.
- Manage assigned workstreams and deliverables while maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, issues, and recommendations to project leadership and client stakeholders.
- Support multiple client engagements and priorities as needed.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience preferred.
- Proven experience supporting NetSuite implementations, enhancements, or optimization projects.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration and functionality.
- Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into NetSuite solutions.
- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to independently manage assigned workstreams and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes and how they translate into NetSuite.
- Experience with testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with a NetSuite consulting firm, Solution Provider, or implementation partner.
- NetSuite certifications.
- NetSuite OneWorld experience.
- Experience with multi-subsidiary and/or multi-currency environments.
- Experience with integrations and middleware platforms.
- Exposure to SuiteScript or other NetSuite technical tools.
- Experience supporting data migrations.
- Experience with business process transformation and ERP optimization.
- Functional expertise in accounting, finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or another relevant business area.

- Work independently while collaborating with a broader project team.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables from discovery through implementation and post-go-live support.
