About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Senior NetSuite Solution Architect to lead solution architecture and design for complex ERP transformation initiatives.

This role will translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable NetSuite solutions while guiding process transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership, lead design discussions, and provide architectural oversight throughout the implementation lifecycle.

The ideal candidate brings deep NetSuite expertise, a strong finance and accounting background, and a proven track record leading full-lifecycle implementations in complex, multi-entity environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite solution architecture for ERP transformation programs.

• Translate business requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions aligned with industry best practices.

• Develop future-state process designs, solution blueprints, and architectural roadmaps.

• Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend solutions that meet business needs while minimizing unnecessary customization.

• Define architectural standards, design principles, and governance processes.

• Business Process Transformation

• Lead workshops to gather and analyze requirements across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.

• Design and optimize core business processes, including:

• Record-to-Report (R2R)

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

• Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Project-to-Profit

• Financial Planning and Consolidation

• Support finance transformation initiatives, including Chart of Accounts (COA) redesign, operating model alignment, and reporting modernization.

• Technical Architecture & Platform Configuration

• Provide solution oversight for NetSuite configuration, customization, and extension activities.

• Design solutions using NetSuite technologies, including:

• SuiteScript 2.x

• SuiteFlow

• SuiteBuilder

• SuiteAnalytics

• SuiteTalk APIs

• SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)

• Review technical designs to ensure alignment with security, performance, and scalability standards.

• Integration & Data Management

• Define enterprise integration architectures between NetSuite and upstream/downstream applications.

• Design and oversee integrations using platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Lead data migration strategy, data quality initiatives, mapping, and conversion execution.

• Establish master data governance processes and controls.

• Stakeholder & Program Leadership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology leadership.

• Present solution recommendations to executive stakeholders and steering committees.

• Lead architecture reviews, design governance sessions, and solution approval processes.

• Mentor functional consultants, technical developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and accountability while working collaboratively with clients and project teams.

• Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, including at least 5 years focused on Oracle NetSuite.

• Proven experience leading multiple full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.

• Deep expertise with NetSuite OneWorld and multi-subsidiary environments.

• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

• Experience designing enterprise integrations and data migration strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to lead solution design workshops and executive presentations.

• Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

• NetSuite ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation, Administrator certification, or similar credentials preferred.
