Job title: NetSuite Integrations Engineer
About the Role
Zapier is seeking a NetSuite Integrations Engineer to help drive enterprise-grade automation between NetSuite and the rest of the stack. This role focuses on leveraging Zapier's no-code AI automation to automate ERP and financial workflows, including creating records, updating transactions, and syncing customer data between systems.
What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain NetSuite integration workflows that connect NetSuite with upstream apps and downstream tools to automate ERP and financial processes.

Create or update NetSuite records and synchronize data (e.g., customers, leads, orders) across CRM and ERP systems.

Enable cross-team handoffs and notify finance and operations during sales-to-fulfillment transitions.

Collaborate with premium app integrations (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo, CallRail, Google Ads, monday.com, Mailchimp, Harvest, etc.) to launch and optimize NetSuite-based automations.

Monitor data integrity, audit trails, and performance of integrations; troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.

What We're Looking For

Experience designing and maintaining ERP/CRM integrations, preferably with NetSuite and Zapier or similar automation platforms.

Strong understanding of ERP workflows, CRM data models, and data synchronization between systems.

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions and reliable data flows.

Comfort collaborating with multiple teams and documenting integration specs.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with the specific premium apps listed (HubSpot, Klaviyo, CallRail, Google Ads, monday.com, Mailchimp, Harvest, etc.) or similar tools.

Knowledge of NetSuite record types, workflows, and reporting.
