Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a NetSuite Administrator (contract). In this role, you will manage the configuration, support, and ongoing optimization of a leading cloud-based ERP platform. This individual will serve as the primary administrator for the system, partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other business stakeholders to ensure the platform effectively supports organizational processes and reporting needs. This role is hybrid in Austin, Tx.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ERP platform, including configuration, customization, security, and user access management
• Configure workflows, forms, fields, dashboards, reports, and system functionality to meet business requirements
• Manage user roles, permissions, and governance processes to ensure data integrity and security
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPIs, and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide day-to-day support for end users across multiple departments
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and validation of system enhancements, upgrades, and new functionality
• Support integrations between ERP and other business-critical applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable system solutions
• Assist with data imports, exports, audits, and ongoing data quality initiatives
• Create and maintain system documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures
• Partner with third-party vendors, consultants, and implementation teams on complex projects and enhancements
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
• Stay current on ERP platform updates, best practices, and emerging capabilities to maximize system value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field

• 3+ years of hands-on ERP administration, implementation, or support experience, including NetSuite administration

• Experience configuring ERP modules, workflows, roles, permissions, forms, and system settings

• Knowledge of financial and operational business processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, invoicing, inventory, and project accounting

• Experience developing custom reports, dashboards, saved searches, and system analytics

• Familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs, data migrations, and system enhancements

• Technical knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, or related technologies preferred

• Experience with system implementation projects, upgrades, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills and ability to support both technical and non-technical users

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite Administrator, ERP Consultant, or related certifications

• Experience in multi-system or hybrid ERP environments

• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or inventory-driven organizations

• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, audit, and security requirements within enterprise systems

• Experience in high-growth, rapidly evolving business environments
