.NET System Analysis

About the Role The .NET System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting business applications built on the .NET platform. This role serves as a bridge between business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams, ensuring requirements are effectively translated into system solutions. What You'll Do

• Requirement Analysis & Stakeholder Management: Translate business requirements into system specifications, use cases, and process flows. Conduct impact analysis for system changes and enhancements. Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and business solutions.
• System Design and Documentation: Document functional specifications (FS), technical specifications (TS), and solution design. Design system workflows, APIs, and integration points for .NET-based applications. Ensure system designs are scalable, maintainable, and designed with enterprise standards. Review technical designs and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Application Development support: Work closely with developers on .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core). Guide development, testing, and deployment phases. Assist in code reviews and solution validation when necessary.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Define test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on requirements. Support SIT (System integration test) and UAT (User acceptance testing). Validate functionality and ensure it meets business expectations. Coordinate defect tracking and resolution with development teams.
• Production support and enhancement: Provide L2/L3 production support for .NET applications. Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA). Support application releases, patches, and enhancements. Work proactively to identify improvement opportunities and reduce recurring issues. What We're Looking For
• Strong experience in analyzing, designing, and supporting applications on the .NET platform (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Ability to translate business requirements into system specifications and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Experience designing system architecture, documenting FS/TS, and defining APIs/integration points.
• Proficiency in guiding development, testing, deployment, code reviews, and solution validation.
• Experience with testing, SIT/UAT, defect tracking, and ensuring quality.
• Production support experience (L2/L3), RCA, and release management.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; ability to work across business and technical teams in a fast-changing environment.
