About this role

We are looking for a hands-on Lead Developer with strong experience in:

C# / .NET / .NET Core and Web API development
Angular / React / Next.js for modern web application development
SQL Server – T-SQL, stored procedures, query optimization, and database design
SSIS – ETL development, data integration, and package troubleshooting
Azure Cloud – Azure services, deployments, and cloud-based application development
GitHub Copilot / AI Development Tools – experience using AI tools within the IDE for code generation, unit testing, debugging, and improving developer productivity
Strong understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, SOLID principles, and coding best practices
Experience with Git / Azure DevOps and Agile development
Ability to lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, mentor developers, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
