About the Role ABSI’s dedicated Microsoft .NET R&D team drives research of the latest software releases, tests new technologies, and shares knowledge across the company. We work with a dynamic Microsoft partnership program to deliver enterprise-grade .NET solutions across web, desktop, and cloud platforms.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain enterprise applications using a broad set of Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET, WCF, WWF, WPF, WinForms, SharePoint, SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, BizTalk, MSMQ, NLB/CLB, Web Services, SOAP, XML/XSLT).
- Collaborate with the R&D team to research, pilot, and implement new Microsoft releases and technologies.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy solutions spanning web-based, desktop, and cloud (Azure) environments.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the company and through the Microsoft partnership program.
- Work on distributed and service-oriented architectures, remoting, and integration scenarios (SOAP customization, XSD usage, etc.).
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies (ASP.NET, WCF, WF/WWF, WPF, WinForms).
- Experience with enterprise integration and distributed applications (SOA, MSMQ, BizTalk, MSCS, NLB/CLB).
- Proficiency with web technologies (Web Services, SOAP, AJAX, XML/XSLT), and data access (ADO.NET, DataSets).
- Familiarity with SharePoint (MOSS/WSS/SharePoint 2010), SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, Crystal Reports.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced R&D environment and adapt to evolving technologies.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS), Windows SharePoint Services (WSS), Microsoft SharePoint Server (SharePoint 2010).
- Exposure to Composite Application Blocks (CAB), Smart Client Software Factory (SCSF), and related patterns.
- Experience with 2D graphics and UI design (GDI+).
