About the Role This posting outlines the Terms of Use for NEOGOV services used by Otterbein University clients. It describes the legal framework, privacy policy, and account management for using SaaS Applications. What You'll Do
- Use the Services in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Provide registration details, ensure accuracy, and manage information as required.
- Accept updates to Terms of Use; monitor for changes and understand that changes are binding upon posting.
- If you access the SaaS Application on behalf of a Customer, ensure you have authority and comply with any Customer Contract and administrative controls (e.g., managing permissions, third-party integrations).
- Be aware that content you submit may be retained, accessed, used, modified, shared, or removed by the party administering the SaaS Application, and that your account may be managed by the owner of the email domain. What We're Looking For
- Age 18 or older and legally capable of forming a binding contract.
- Agreement to comply with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
- For use on behalf of a Customer, authority to act for that Customer and compliance with related terms.
- Understanding that content submitted through the SaaS Application may be controlled by the administrator of the SaaS Application.
- Awareness of applicable export laws and regulations and responsibility for compliance.
