Job title: NDT Level III – Ultrasonic (UT) / Quality Engineer
Position supports Wyman-Gordon's NDT quality program as an NDT Level III Ultrasonic (UT) and Quality Engineer. Based in Worcester, MA, the role ensures that all external and internal NDT quality requirements are adhered to and embedded into manufacturing processes to protect the quality and integrity of products and systems.
What You'll Do
- Ensure that all external and internal and NDT quality requirements are adhered to and incorporated into all aspects of manufacturing.
- Maintain and assure compliance of Wyman-Gordon's quality systems and procedures with government and customer requirements.
- Provide leadership in NDT Ultrasonic (UT) quality activities and support Quality Engineering efforts across isothermal forging operations.
- Support documentation, testing, and process improvements to uphold product integrity.
What We're Looking For
- NDT Level III certification in Ultrasonic (UT).
- Experience in quality engineering and working with quality management systems.
- Knowledge of government and customer quality requirements and compliance expectations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
