- Lead the North Dakota market for Unison Bank, setting strategy and direction for the Jamestown area.
- Manage market performance and drive growth through active relationship development with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Collaborate with bank leadership to ensure local decisions are implemented with speed and care and uphold strong credit and regulatory standards. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of commercial/agricultural lending or business banking experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Credit and regulatory knowledge
- Strength in business development and community engagement
