About the Role Weir Marine Engineering is seeking a Naval Systems Specialist (Analyst) with experience in underwater warfare and underwater combat systems to join our Combat and Control Systems (CCS) team at the Canadian Forces Maritime Warfare Centre (CFMWC). This permanent onsite role, based in Halifax, NS, provides analytical support and a range of services to support underwater warfare operations. What You'll Do
- Provide analytical support for underwater warfare and underwater combat systems as a member of the CCS team at CFMWC.
- Collaborate with naval engineers, operators, and mission planners to support operations from Halifax, NS.
- Analyze system data, contribute to technical documentation, and support operational readiness and decision-making. What We're Looking For
- Current or former experience in underwater warfare and underwater combat systems.
- Experience as an analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Ability to work onsite in Halifax, NS, Canada.
- Familiarity with naval or military environments is a plus.
