Nature at Heart: Growing Connection, One Visit at a Time, Cooranbong, Lake Macquarie

Do you enjoy the simple pleasures of nature, good conversation, and sharing a cuppa?

A friendly client in Cooranbong, who is a former bush walker, would love the company of someone who enjoys slowing down and connecting one-on-one.

Having spent years exploring the outdoors, they still enjoy reminiscing about nature and would value weekly or fortnightly social visits filled with relaxed chats, companionship, and a warm cup of tea.

These one-on-one visits are all about companionship, shared interests, and meaningful moments—whether that’s a relaxed chat, an outing, or talking sport over a cuppa.

Your impact

Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
