Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 10 years Location Lagos Job Field Banking , Sales and Business Development We’re looking for an experienced Nationwide Branch Expansion Manager to lead the Bank’s branch expansion strategy and execution across Nigeria. This is a senior role for someone who can take expansion end-to-end, from market and site selection, regulatory approvals and build-out to branch activation and full operational and commercial readiness.
Who We’re Looking For: 10+ years’ experience in banking, financial services or fintech, with at least 5 years at senior/managerial level in branch expansion, distribution or retail network Banking/Fintech experience is mandatory Proven experience leading multi-location or nationwide branch rollouts Strong team leadership and performance management skills Board and Board Committee engagement experience is non-negotiable
