About the Role The National Recruiter will assist the recruitment team in coordinating and implementing a comprehensive recruitment strategy to generate leads for Regent University programs, resulting in increased enrollments across residential and online programs. The role will involve regional and national travel and serving as a point of contact for traditional undergraduate admissions events, representing Regent University and its leadership. What You'll Do
- Regularly interact with high school counselors, administrators, community colleges, and homeschool organizations to support enrollment into Regent University.
- Formulate, interpret and implement best operating practices while actively engaging with educational providers at all levels from primary education to post-secondary.
- Attend educational opportunity events within the designated market area to generate qualified leads to Regent University.
- Develop regular hours at educational institutions and Homeschool organizations within designated market area and exercise sound, independent judgment when generating and qualifying leads for the university.
- Provide consultation and expert advice to the Enrollment Management leadership team regarding TUG student enrollment and retention best practices.
- Hold local information sessions and make regular visits to high school student organizations, not limited to National Honor Society, JROTC, volunteer service organizations, and mission-aligned student groups.
- Provide strategic guidance and outreach for matters of significance as they relate to traditional undergraduate enrollment growth and partnerships.
- Acquire and maintain a knowledge of all Regent University undergraduate and graduate programs, financial aid and scholarships, transcript and credit evaluation policies, and student advising, especially as they pertain to undergraduate students. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree highly desired, but will consider a combination of experience and education
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of students and leaders
- Must be willing to travel extensively; regular overnight travel and same day business travel required
- Strong written communication and oral presentation skills
- Ability to meet and exceed goals in a production driven environment
- Ability to function autonomously and manage schedule and logistics
- Passion to assist all students achieve their academic, professional, and spiritual goals

- Must be well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and details
- Must be able to work without direct or immediate supervision, and able to be effective in a production-driven environment

- Salary range: $40,000 - $45,000 annually
