The main purpose of this Senior Sales role is to build mutually beneficial trade relationships with the Coles, Kmart & ALDI team representing Edgewell Brands such as Schick, Banana Boat Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Mens Skincare and Wet Ones to maximize sales and profit. This will be done through strategic account planning, implementing joint business plans, negotiating trading terms, aligning promotional plan, leveraging consumer and shopper insights while tracking & keeping trade spend revenue within target.
Accountabilities

- Achieve budgeted customer sales & scan, profitability and market share targets
- Apply strong negotiation and net revenue management skills to improve ROI
- Organise regular collaboration meetings with customers and drive actions against KPI’s
- Conduct business and category reviews with each account as per customer expectations
- Segment, develop and implement strategies as per Customer Excellence guidelines
- End to end management of the Accounts
- Develop and maintain strong multi-level business relationships.
- Work cross functionally with Marketing, Category & Supply Chain team to identify category and shopper trends with perfect store and profitable promotion recommendations
