National Accounts Representative

National Accounts Representative role located in Irvine, CA.
Responsibilities
- Customer & Vendor Support: Build positive relationships with client contacts and subcontractors. Communicate scope of work, handle daily inquiries, and provide consistent follow-up via phone and email.
- Work Order & Dispatch Management: Receive and dispatch service work orders according to client expectations. Maintain accurate status notes in database systems, tracking schedule, completion, and close dates.
- Inspection Tracking: Request inspection purchase orders (POs), dispatch inspection work to affiliates, perform weekly status checks, and handle proposals for additional repairs.
- Billing & Pricing Oversight: Review exception and mark-up queues daily. Apply accurate pricing based on Not to Exceed (NTE) limits, review documentation for accuracy before invoicing, and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Associate’s degree (or equivalent) OR 6–12 months of related experience/training (or equivalent combination).

Proficiency with database software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and web browsers.

Communication & Problem Solving: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Sharp problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical instructions and business processes.

Physical Demands: Ability to sit, type, handle paperwork, speak/listen regularly, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.

- Customer & Vendor Support: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and subcontractors, maintaining professional relationships via phone and email while handling inquiries and daily follow-ups.
- Work Order & Dispatch Management: Receive, process, and dispatch work orders according to client expectations; track status updates in database systems and ensure timely, accurate completion.
- Inspection Tracking: Manage client purchase orders, schedule affiliate inspections, perform weekly completion tracking, and ensure post-inspection reports and proposals are promptly submitted.
- Billing & Pricing Oversight: Review exception and mark-up queues daily, apply proper pricing within Not to Exceed (NTE) limits, verify paperwork accuracy, and resolve subcontractor invoice disputes.
