About the Role Entergy is seeking a National Account Executive II to manage Entergy’s largest multi-jurisdiction accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for National, Middle-Market C&I, and Large Governmental customer segments. The role focuses on growth and service excellence through data-driven, proactive engagement and formal account planning, acting as a strategic partner to national accounts.
What You'll Do
- Manage a large portfolio of Entergy’s largest multi-jurisdiction customers; responsible for end-to-end customer experience.
- Ensure consistent customer engagement to deepen the relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement account plans for Entergy's managed portfolio of assigned national accounts.
