What will you be doing here?

O foco principal da cadeira é analisar e impulsionar a performance comercial dos nossos múltiplos canais (Venda Direta, Online e Varejo). A Pessoa Colaboradora será a guardiã da rentabilidade, com ênfase na gestão da Margem Bruta e no acompanhamento do WAPE (indicador de acurácia do planejamento), além de trazer sua expertise em Pricing e RGM para otimizar nossos resultados e subsidiar a tomada de decisão no fechamento de cada ciclo.

What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?

Antes do ciclo (D-110)

Liderar a simulação de retorno e margem incremental das mecânicas promocionais e levar a recomendação de mix e de alocação do investimento para Categorias e Comercial.
Ser dono(a) dos modelos de elasticidade e de resposta a promoção, usados também por Pricing (repasses) e por Performance Integrada (forecast).
Construir e manter os guias de eficácia promocional por categoria (e por canal no futuro), revisando se a biblioteca de mecânicas atende ao negócio.
Durante e depois do ciclo
Garantir o post-mortem das principais ações: a promoção gerou margem incremental ou apenas canibalizou volume e margem?
Ser dono(a) do bridge de margem: margem teórica (Pricing) vs. realizada, e real vs. planejada e ano anterior, abrindo os efeitos de volume, preço, mix de produto e mix de região.
Diagnosticar o impacto de logística, impostos efetivos, bonificações e descontos de canal na margem ponta a ponta, e as distorções por região ou canal.
Fiscalizar a execução de preço e das Políticas Comerciais definidas por Pricing, garantindo a governança no GPP.
Recomendar ações táticas de correção de rota e acompanhar a adoção.t

Gestão e interfaces

Liderar e desenvolver 3 analistas; definir prioridades, revisar entregas e garantir a qualidade analítica.
Conduzir os rituais de interface (RPBs) com Categorias, Canais, Pricing e Performance Integrada.
Apresentar resultados e recomendações para diretoria, com narrativa clara e foco no "e daí".
Liderar a automação das visões do pilar e a eliminação de relatórios legados ou duplicados.

Requisitos e Qualificações

Experiência sólida na área de Planejamento Comercial, Financeiro, Inteligência de Vendas ou S&OP.
Background ou experiência comprovada em RGM (Revenue Growth Management) e/ou Precificação (Pricing) é um diferencial
Forte vivência na gestão de KPIs financeiros e comerciais, especialmente Margem Bruta e indicadores de acurácia de demanda/planejamento (como WAPE, MAPE, etc.).
Compreensão da dinâmica de múltiplos canais de vendas (Desejável conhecimento em Venda Direta, E-commerce e Varejo físico).
Perfil altamente analítico, voltado para resolução de problemas e capacidade de traduzir grandes volumes de dados em insights executivos (Storytelling com dados).
Domínio de análise de eficácia promocional, decomposição de margem (volume, preço, mix) e elasticidade.
Domínio de Excel avançado e familiaridade com ferramentas de BI e visualização de dados (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Habilidade de comunicação e influência, dado o papel de liderar fóruns e interagir com diversas áreas de planejamento.
