In the Naimuri - Business Analyst / Business Change Manager (UKI) role based in Manchester, you will drive change initiatives and translate business needs into deliverable solutions to support the UK&I region.
What You'll Do
- Lead business analysis and business change initiatives for the UKI region (Manchester)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across facilities, procurement, HR and finance to capture requirements and translate them into actionable plans
- Develop change management plans, materials and communications to enable successful delivery
- Support project delivery and benefits realization for enabled changes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in business analysis and change management
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge or experience within UK&I operations is advantageous
