Job Description
At FAENA The Red Sea, we create elevated wellness and beauty experiences inspired by luxury, creativity, and exceptional hospitality. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Nail Technician to join our spa and wellness team. This role is responsible for delivering professional manicure and pedicure services while creating a relaxing and personalised guest experience in line with FAENA’s luxury spa environment and Forbes service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail shaping, cuticle care, polishing, and specialised nail treatments.
- Perform nail enhancements such as gel applications and luxury nail art in line with spa standards.
- Ensure all tools, equipment, and workstations are properly sterilised and maintained according to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and fully prepared treatment area at all times.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with a focus on comfort, relaxation, and personalised care.
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate nail treatments, services, and aftercare products.
- Maintain strong knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and luxury spa service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all spa procedures, health regulations, and safety protocols.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently while respecting treatment timings and guest experience standards.
- Support retail initiatives through product recommendations and aftercare guidance.
- Collaborate closely with the spa and wellness team to enhance the overall guest journey.
- Uphold FAENA grooming, presentation, and luxury hospitality standards at all times.
