About the Role Live Nation is seeking a Music Hall VIP Host for the House of Blues in Dallas to deliver premium VIP experiences for concert patrons. This role focuses on selling upgrades and managing VIP services to ensure a top-tier guest experience during events.
What You'll Do
- Sell VIP Upgrades, Premium Seats, Priority Entry and other premium products to General Admission patrons on show nights.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from pitch to payment processing to fulfillment of VIP experiences.
- Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure a VIP experience.
- Anticipate VIP client needs to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Recognize Foundation Members, Live Nation Executives and VIP clients to show appreciation for membership and patronage.
- Build strong relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients.
- Utilize and develop the CRM program for House of Blues VIP clientele.
- Coordinate operations on show nights with the Ops Director, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.
- Execute nightly VIP setup including check-in, VIP seating areas, table-top personalization and VIP area signage as needed.
- Maintain articulate vocabulary and the ability to socialize with a current audience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or VIP concierge preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to upsell premium experiences.
- Ability to coordinate with operations, servers, and security to deliver premium experiences.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and database management.
- Comfortable working nights and in a live events environment.
- Ability to adapt vocabulary and engage with diverse audiences.
