About the Role A Music Hall Cocktail Server at House of Blues Cleveland delivers exceptional guest service in a high-volume concert venue, anticipating guest needs and upselling food and beverage. You will circulate through your work area to maintain atmosphere, follow safety and sanitation standards, and support a smooth, enjoyable experience for guests.
What You'll Do
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift
- Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Assist other employees as needed
- Follow opening and closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty
- Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures
- Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and HOB alcohol policies
