Job title: Music Hall Bartender
Music Hall Bartender is responsible for serving guests food and beverage within a high-volume, fast-paced, and often loud music hall environment. You will maintain line of sight/atmosphere by circulating through your work area, follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards, and interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor while delivering orders promptly.
What You'll Do
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift
- Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards
- Assist other employees as needed
- Follow opening and closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty
- Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures
- Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
- Suggestively sell menu items to guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly
- Prioritize and organize drink orders
- Consistently prepare beverages
