Job title: Murex Business Analyst (BA)
About the Role Tek Leaders is seeking an experienced Murex Business Analyst (BA) to support its growing Financial Services practice in Hyderabad. The role focuses on delivering Murex-based solutions for Rates & Money Market products and repo asset classes, and leading large-scale projects, testing, and migration initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Rates & Money Market products and their life cycle events.
- Act as Murex BO BA with 5+ years of experience covering Confirmations, Settlements, and high-level understanding of SWIFT.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and present status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and issues.
- Track test progress, coordinate with testing teams, and ensure successful completion of testing phases.
- Leverage prior experience in large projects migrating repo asset classes to drive successful project outcomes.
- Contribute Murex knowledge to project delivery (Murex experience is a plus but not mandatory).
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with some Project Management experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Repo and SBL products and their life cycle events.
- Proven experience in managing backlogs, status reporting, and risk & issue management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Front Office stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Murex platform.
- Prior experience in large projects migrating Rates/MM asset classes.
