About the Role Trek Bicycle is looking for team members to join across multiple Australian locations in roles including Sales, Assembler, Mechanic, and Store Manager. Trek is a people-first company and we focus on delivering a great cycling experience and hospitality to our customers. What You'll Do
- Provide fantastic hospitality with a warm, approachable manner, great listening skills, and a willingness to pitch in on any task, even on the busiest days.
- Communicate effectively with customers and teammates.
- Cultivate customer relationships and create your own client base.
- Deliver the best possible cycling experience for each customer.
- Be willing to pitch in on any task and support store operations.
- Where possible, ride Trek bikes to learn products and feel confident explaining features to customers. What We're Looking For
