What You'll Do
- Collaborate with regional sales teams and leadership across multiple locations to drive revenue growth and customer success.
- Support order processing, project coordination, and operational leadership in assigned regions.
- Partner with manufacturing, logistics, and quality teams to ensure high standards and on-time delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, marketing or operations within manufacturing or industrial sectors, preferably with international exposure in regions like Asia Pacific, Latin America, and Europe.
- Ability to work across multiple sites (Calgary, Head Office, Mexico, China, Singapore) and coordinate cross-functionally.
- Strong communication, relationship-building and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- Multilingual abilities and experience with international markets.
- Prior experience in executive or managerial roles (e.g., General Manager, VP Sales).
