Job title: Multiple Roles in Employment Services
About the Role Work Ready Texas offers life-changing education and employment opportunities for individuals enrolled in Vocational Rehabilitation services. The team includes Employment Specialists and Job Coach Trainers, led by experienced Program Managers across multiple Texas locations.
What You'll Do
- Deliver employment services and supports to individuals with disabilities throughout Texas.
- Provide Vocational Adjustment Training and job coaching as part of school and community programs.
- Educate high school students on job readiness and help with transitions to employment.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and cross-functional teams to serve multiple areas.
- Build relationships with employers to help clients obtain long-term, competitive jobs.
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and in employment services.
- Educational background (Bachelor’s degree or higher) with professional certifications in related areas (Autism Endorsements, Supported Employment, VAT, Job Skills Training, Job Placement).
- Experience in vocational counseling, mental health, neurodevelopmental spectrum, or physical disabilities; ability to work with individuals, families, and communities.
- Ability to educate and support youth transitioning from high school to work; experience with Vocational Adjustment Training.
- Passion for inclusion and helping individuals succeed in competitive employment.

- Autism Endorsement Credential.
