About the Role VALCE Talent Solutions is seeking candidates for multiple roles: HR Architect, HR Consultant, Payroll Architect, Payroll Consultant, TLM Architect, TLM Consultant, and TLM HR Payroll Consultant, to support our client Techmahindra. These positions are fully remote and based in the technology space, with opportunities across IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management. What You'll Do

• Provide HR, payroll, and TLM architecture and consulting services to clients
• Collaborate with clients to enhance talent attraction and optimize HR/payroll processes
• Develop and implement architectural solutions for HR, payroll, and time/leave management systems (TLM) across various seniority levels What We're Looking For
• Experience in HR Architecture, HR Consulting, Payroll Architecture, Payroll Consulting, TLM Architecture, TLM Consulting, or TLM HR Payroll
• Proven ability to work with technology-focused clients and understand IT, software development, cybersecurity, and project management contexts
• Ability to work remotely and adapt to different client needs; open to multiple levels of expertise and seniority
• Based around Guadalajara, Mexico, or willing to work remotely with a Spanish-speaking support environment
