- Provide legal services and representation in housing and immigration matters as indicated by roles such as Staff Attorney, Paralegal, Immigration Counselor, and DOJ Accredited Representative.
- Support removal defense, naturalization, and pro se programs, including client intake, case management, and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with multiple units (Housing, Immigration, Removal Defense, Employment, Pro Se Plus, Naturalization) to advance program goals and serve clients. What We're Looking For
- JD or equivalent for attorneys; admission to practice law in relevant jurisdiction; experience as a Staff/Senior Staff Attorney or equivalent.
- Paralegal experience with strong organizational and case management skills; relevant certification preferred.
- DOJ Accredited Representative status or eligibility for roles within the Immigration Unit; experience with removal defense, naturalization, and housing-related work.
- Experience in nonprofit, advocacy, or tenant organizing settings; willingness to collaborate across units.
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., English/Spanish) and commitment to immigrant communities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have
- Prior involvement with Tenant Organizer, Grants & Development, or related program coordination roles; experience with outreach and development activities.
