About the Role Nova Scotia Health is posting multiple leadership opportunities across Western Zone Public Health, Nutrition and Food Services, and Aberdeen Hospital Operations NZ in Kentville, Halifax, and New Glasgow. These roles support innovative primary and tertiary patient care, program leadership, and collaboration across the health system in Nova Scotia. What You'll Do

• Lead and manage assigned programs within Population and Public Health, Nutrition and Food Services, or Operations NZ, ensuring high-quality service delivery across sites.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, hospital leadership, and community partners to implement strategy and improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, budget stewardship, and performance monitoring. What We're Looking For
• Experience in public health, nutrition and food services, or hospital operations; demonstrated leadership.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and change-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and competing priorities across Kentville, Halifax, and New Glasgow. Nice to Have
• Knowledge of Nova Scotia Health or the Nova Scotia healthcare system.
