About the Role Rutgers University is recruiting for multiple roles across Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, New Jersey Medical School, and University Correctional Health Care. Positions include clinical, administrative, and student support roles in mental health services, research labs, and program operations.
What You'll Do
- Provide client-facing mental health services and crisis-line support where applicable.
- Function as part of interdisciplinary teams to deliver therapeutic and educational services.
- Assist with laboratory services and manage daily lab operations at NJMS labs.
- Support site- and community-based case management and employment services.
- Develop and implement procedures and workflows to improve the efficiency of operations.
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight where assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in mental health services or related clinical settings.
- Ability to work with diverse populations including children and adolescents.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work across clinical, educational, and administrative duties as needed.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 988 Lifeline services or inpatient/outpatient behavioral health settings.
- Experience in supervising physicians, nurse practitioners, or teams.
- Lab management or research support experience.
