What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Sales teams to help SMEs and Large Enterprises understand and adopt Creditsafe's insights and services.
- Support Account Managers in delivering customer outcomes from day one and maximising the value Creditsafe provides.
- Work with Data & Product teams to identify datasets, build solutions, and stay at the forefront of credit, risk, and compliance.
- Provide first-class Customer Support & Switchboard service, helping customers and prospects quickly resolve queries.
- Contribute to Marketing by creating content that explains the credit, risk, and compliance landscape and supports promotion of Creditsafe's services.
- Take part in development programmes, rotations across teams, and structured training to grow your skills and career.
