What You'll Do

• Contribute to Henkel’s financial value chain in Finance & Controlling, including liquidity, risk management, tax optimization, currency management, interest management, quarterly and annual reports and investor relations.
• In Financial Operations, act as a strong local and regional business partner, delivering high-quality end-to-end financial reporting and control/monitoring functions.
• In Human Resources, help develop global teams by mediating skills, training, and recruiting new talent, and support performance culture and digital transformation.
• Work with Digital Business to build digital, data-driven business models and address megatrends such as Platform Economy, Consumer & Customer Gravitation Shift, Outcome-based Servitization, and Lean-Fast-Simple.
• In Corporate Audit, assist in auditing risk management, internal controls, governance processes, and talent development.
• In Logistics & Supply Chain Management, participate in demand planning, distribution, and inventory models like VMI and SMI.
• In Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing, collaborate on marketing strategies, campaigns, and sourcing/outcomes across global markets.
