- Start as an hourly team member with mentoring, ongoing training, and skill development in hospitality, teamwork, sales, and more.
- Progress through the Assistant Manager and Manager tracks with structured training programs (8-10 Week Training, Area of Ownership meetings) and leadership development opportunities.
- Grow into a General Manager role with advanced training on operations, people management, marketing, budgeting, data analysis and more.
- Participate in a variety of development programs (EMERGE, RISE, ELEVATE, LEAD) and on-the-job skill training.
- Take part in schedule writing, budgeting, data analysis, and other practical business tasks to sharpen leadership capabilities. What We're Looking For

- Interest in management development programs and leadership growth. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Team Member: $10-$20 per hour; Assistant Manager: $45,000-$60,000; Manager: $50,000-$70,000; General Manager: $65,000-$90,000.
