About the Role Rutgers University is advertising multiple open roles across its medical schools and Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care, spanning clinical, research, and program administration. These positions support patient care, specialty nursing practice, postdoctoral research, and community-based services in New Jersey. What You'll Do
- Serve as liaison with patients, physicians, and care teams to coordinate surgical recommendations, scheduling, and financial planning for surgery where applicable.
- Administer total patient care as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) per professional standards, and provide nursing care in inpatient psychiatric and other settings.
- Conduct experiments and data analysis focused on development and function of immune cells (Postdoctoral Associate) and contribute to research in Radiation Oncology.
- Provide advanced nursing practice in collaboration with physicians on prescriptive protocols.
- Lead and supervise administrative services for 988 Lifeline Services and oversee compliance with regulatory standards.
- Deliver site-based case management and supported employment services; coordinate services for outpatient treatment.
- Support laboratory and clinical operations in oncology and related fields. What We're Looking For
- Relevant licensure and/or degree: RN/LPN/APN, PhD/Postdoctoral training, depending on role.
- Experience in patient care coordination, nursing care, clinical research, or program administration.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and meet regulatory requirements.
