About the Role Skylight is hiring for multiple roles across research, design, product management, engineering, data science, security, procurement, and digital transformation to reinvent how the government serves families, patients, veterans, immigrants, and other communities in today’s digital world. You’ll join a distributed, remote-friendly team focused on meaningful public-good work, collaboration, and opportunities to shape the company as it grows.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across research, design, product, engineering, and data to deliver client projects and digital government services.
• Contribute to role-specific work (e.g., research, product development, design, engineering, data analysis) as part of a collaborative, client-facing team.
• Work in a distributed team across 34 states, prioritize impact, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Embrace Skylight's emphasis on growth, learning, and delivering work that clients and users love.

What We're Looking For

• Talents with skills in research, design, product management, engineering, data science, security, procurement, digital transformation, and client engagement management.

• Willingness to work in a distributed, remote-friendly environment; enthusiasm for helping public-sector clients.
• Interest in internship or apprenticeship opportunities (for those starting their careers or transitioning to Skylight).
