Multinational Specialist
Purpose:
This role is to provide service and underwriting guidance and support on large and complex local policy requests, issuing policies and invoices to local brokers and customers on behalf of Zurich Producing Offices. They act as subject matter experts in their lines of business, processes and systems. They will also ensure the correct interpretation and application of country underwriting practices and procedures and assist the Collection Team on premium collection of the servicing accounts. This role is accountable and responsible to meet the Global KPI targets set under IPZ Heatmap and all local KPIs.
