Job title: Multinational IO Coordinator
About the Role The Multinational IO Coordinator supports the issuance and renewal of policies, endorsements, and certificates for a variety of products and clients. You will analyze information from networks to issue documents, request client/broker information, and ensure compliance with local anti-money laundering regulations. You’ll also develop relationships with brokers and act as the link between external clients and internal areas to drive growth and achieve KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Analyze information from networks to issue policies, endorsements, and certificates as needed.
- Request clients/brokers information to proceed with issuance and ensure AML compliance.
- Develop and manage relationships with brokers; serve as liaison between external clients and internal teams.
- Contribute to growth by analyzing and negotiating handling fees based on claims history and support level.
- Maintain ownership, meet deadlines and SLAs; leverage IT tools such as MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
What We're Looking For
- Bilingual in English at business level; additional language desirable.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Client Servicing (broker or company background).
- Bachelor's degree in international business or related financial field.
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; proactive, goal-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines / SLAs; strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficient IT skills: MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Experience communicating with external parties, including large/multinational corporations; insurance experience in a client/broker facing role.
