Multinational Client Coordinator

About the Role The Multinational Client Coordinator will act as the external broker and client-facing contact, delivering day-to-day servicing and multinational technical support for an assigned portfolio of Multinational programs, supporting the Multinational Client Executive and Product Underwriter. The role spans all Multinational lines of business and focuses on coordinating program design, implementation and ongoing client service. What You'll Do

• Coordinate the day-to-day multinational servicing activities (producing and issuing) throughout the program lifecycle on an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Provide local technical and administrative support to the Issuing Office Multinational Specialist and coordinate service requirements for the local portion of the Controlled Master Program (CMP) while managing communication and relationships with the producing office, client/broker, and Shared Services teams.
• Proactively manage pre-bind activities including: utilizing available AIG tools to conduct territorial regulatory analysis for quotation; collecting regulatory information impacting the program including tariff/minimum rates, mandatory retentions or cessions and any regulatory matters requiring engagement prior to binding; promote adoption of the End-to-End multinational process and coordinate service requirements for local CMP.
• Manage hand-off documentation to Multinational Administrator/Operations for release of network instructions, ensuring 100% accuracy and alignment with bound terms.
• Proactively manage post-bind activities including monitoring program implementation and addressing network issues in collaboration with underwriting, the Multinational Client Executive, and the AIG network; engage with the Reinsurance division to monitor cash-flow guarantees and contractual requirements.
• Track performance and escalate where needed to ensure documentation is issued within timeframes and premiums are collected per terms.
• Provide regular updates to the appointed broker or client on program performance until full implementation.
• Ongoing account servicing: address ad hoc mid-term inquiries, endorsements, certificate requirements or other servicing requests with appropriate approvals.
• Provide tracking and performance information to underwriting and Multinational Client Executive for inclusion in periodic client stewardship meetings.
• General: provide multinational subject matter expertise and support to colleagues on program design, territorial information, and problem solving; guide internal stakeholders on operational processes for reinsurance placements on multinational programs. What We're Looking For
• Fluent in English (must).
• Strong technical knowledge of complex multinational programs (producing & issuing policies), including reinsurance.
• Ability to coordinate with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders; strong communication and relationship management skills.
