  • Think Big: Work on one of the largest outdoor networks in the world, influencing how millions of people see our clients’ campaigns across the TfL estate.

  • Own It: Take responsibility for the safety, quality, and timely delivery of campaign installations and safety roles like PICOW and SPIC.

  • Keep it Simple: You’ll follow well-structured safety and operational procedures, using digital tools and your own good judgement to keep things running smoothly.

  • Better Together: Collaborate in a supportive team environment with shared goals, while developing strong relationships across operational teams and partners.

  • What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Achieved certifications for working across TfL environments and in safety-critical roles (PWT-EH, SPIC, PICOW).

  • Demonstrated full understanding of safety standards and confidently operated within approved processes.

  • Trained and gained experience in applying all classic advertising formats (dry and wet posting).

  • Competently used digital reporting tools and operational systems.

  • Built strong working relationships with peers and partners across TfL, Global, and third-party stakeholders.

  • What You’ll Need

  • Calm under pressure and confident working in high-risk, time-sensitive environments.

  • Comfortable supporting and leading high-performing teams in critical roles.

  • Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

  • Excellent attention to detail with pride in your work.

  • Confident with digital tools and workplace technologies.

  • Reliable, punctual, flexible, and excellent with time management.
