About the Role
Join Lyra Health as Multilingual Psychologist (DE/FR/IT) for an 80-100% onsite role in Wallisellen. You will provide psychological counseling by phone and chat to employees across work, relationships, family, social, health, and related areas, plus crisis support after traumatic events and leadership coaching as needed. There may also be opportunities to lead workshops and trainings. What You'll Do

Provide psychological counseling by phone and chat to employees on topics including work, relationships, family, social, and health.

Conduct telephone crisis conversations after traumatic events.

Offer telephone counseling to leaders on leadership tasks (dealing with mentally stressed employees, workplace substance issues, etc.).

If suitably qualified: conduct workshops and trainings for employees and leaders.

Maintain regular on-call duties to ensure 24/7 availability.

Proficiently use digital tools for communication and collaboration (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce). What We're Looking For

Master’s degree in Psychology.

Experience in psychological counseling (solution-focused preferred).

Very good spoken and written skills in at least three of the following languages: German, French, Italian, English.

Ability to perform regular on-call duties (24/7).

Comfortable with digital tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce). Nice to Have
