About this role
About the Role Lyra Health is hiring multilingual psychologists (German/French/Italian) for a fixed workload of 80-100%. The role focuses on psychological counseling by phone and chat for employees on diverse topics such as work, relationships, family, social, health, etc., as well as trauma intake calls and telephone coaching for leaders. Depending on suitability, you may lead workshops and trainings for staff and managers. What You'll Do
- Provide psychological counseling via telephone and chat to employees on a wide range of topics including work, relationships, family, social life and health
- Conduct telephone intake conversations after traumatic events
- Provide telephone coaching to executives on leadership tasks (dealing with mentally burdened employees, workplace addiction, etc.)
- If suitable, conduct workshops and training sessions for employees and leaders
- Be available for regular on-call shifts to ensure 24/7 service availability
- Collaborate using digital tools for communication and teamwork (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce) What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in psychology
- Experience in psychological counseling (preferably solution-oriented)
- Very good spoken and written skills in at least three of the following languages: German, French, Italian, English
- Ability to perform regular on-call shifts to guarantee 24/7 service
- Proficiency with digital tools for communication and collaboration (Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce)
