About the Role The Multifunctional Pharmacy Associate supports delivering an excellent customer experience by selling all products and services while following the store's protocols and procedures on the sales floor and at the counter. This role combines customer service, sales, cash handling, and pharmacy-related tasks with training provided for dispensing medications.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service, sales, and cash handling across the store
- Open and close the cash register
- Stock, replenish, and face products on the sales floor
- Perform product counts for inventory control
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Dispense medications via prescriptions (training provided)
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, sales and/or cash handling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and adherent to store procedures
